Since there is up to 20 hrs of daylight you have lots of time for doing :
-Hiking -Running -Mnt. biking -Camping Or anything you can think of! In the Taiga |
Because of the cold and the short amounts of daylight, this limits your options. However, you can still go:
-Skiing/snowboarding -Sledding -Ice Skating -Have snowball fights with friends Or just sit inside with a nice cup of hot cocoa with your family! |
There is absolutely no need to worry about rainfall because it is only 12-33 in. per year! It places little to no limits at all on attractions.
|
The temperatures in the Taiga fluctuate very rapidly. Unfortunately the lowest temp in winter is -65 degrees. The highest temperature in winter is 30 degrees. The highest temp in the summer is 70 degrees as the lowest temp is only 30 degrees
